Without a doubt I can honestly say we in room C109 have the best classes! I am so impressed with their continued drive to explore, create, and collaborate with each other. Today we created Kahoots! in class about the Civil Rights Movement. There is a quiz tomorrow, and learners in our class had to critically think to create questions that would help them learn and challenge their peers! The most awesome thing was learners were activity engaged with the curriculum and subject matter! That is really cool!
We also met in our differentiated centers to discuss Love That Dog and further cement the ideals of Figurative Language. Again I was impressed with the conversations I had with learners in my groups today. Many learners who had never thought about poetry and figurative language are thinking about it in a whole new way.
Thank you for your continued support at home. Don't forget we have SS Quiz, Vocabulary Quiz, and learners have 3 more poems due tomorrow.
